I am a scientist and active real estate investor. I earned a PhD in Astrophysics from UCLA in 2024. My thesis was focused on machine learning applications to large data sets of galaxy images to measure dark matter and dark energy. I worked with Professor Tuan Do in the Astrophysics Data Lab. But most importantly I'm actively buying sub-to long term rentals in the Virginia market. My current portfolio consists of 11 properties (10 sub-to, 1 conventional), valued at $3.94 million. Four of the properties are jointly owned with my business partner Thomas Gross - a retired Navy Chief Petty Officer and current real estate agent. I am located in the Richmond Area and Thomas is located in Virginia Beach.
